The provider was unable to help me and her reasoning was absurd.

I booked an appointment for my two sons at 8:40 am. One son for a Typhoid vaccine and Meningitis B and the other son for just Meningitis B. When we arrived, we were told they had changed their computer system and we would have to book a new appointment for the Typhoid vaccine. I said we would still like to get the Meningitis B vaccine while we were there and assistance in booking a new appointment for the Typhoid vaccine. The nurse practitioner said she would and then walked away and called the next person into her room. We waited 45 minutes as others were also called for services and I then decided to approach the nurse practitioner to ask what was going on. She said she thought we did not want the appointment that day (even though we were the only ones waiting in the waiting area by that point) and said we would have to wait because she was helping another patient (perhaps on the phone since there was no one in the room and the door was open). We ended up being there for an hour and a half for two Meningitis B vaccines and had to leave for another appointment before we could even get the documentation showing that my sons had received the vaccine.

I was quickly seen, questions were answered, service was rendered, and documentation was emailed. It doesn't get any better in my book!

I had the absolute best experience at Minute Clinic with The Provider, NP! She was incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I truly felt like I was in the best hands. The Provider showed genuine empathy and compassion throughout my visit, and her care made a world of difference.

The Provider, NP Is amazing and her diagnosis and treatment plan are always very accurate. My treatment is working and rash is beginning to subside.
